RE:Insider buying continues

RE:Insider buying continuesOf all of the stock bargains available in the market after this crash NRI insiders have bought their companies stock.   80,000 shares since earnings report.   Not a ton of money but a significant number of the total volume of the last 30 days.    What gives?   Buyout?     Or just trying to prop up employee moral?   This is a sudden change in behavior as insider buying for this stick in the past was extremely rare.    They have been granted options recently but this is direct purchases.  I could understand it if it was dispotions but as cash acquisitions ?   They could be spending their personal  money on quality discounted blue chip companies as a hedge to NRI stock options owned. .  What does this look behind the curtain reveal?   It has to have its roots in some form of motivation.     What do the boards collective brains say?
