RE: Global Revises Rating

RE: Global Revises RatingThey had it as a "reduce" due to the issues surrounding drought on the one mine and doubt about the ability to obtain permitting in the coming developement. They now feel the drought issue is over and that the prospect of obtaining all necessary permitting raises the overall positive possibilities of the company. It sure bounced around today. The price rebound seemed coincidental with the revised rating but I don't think the "Global" rating would do that on their own. Suspect it is a relatively minor player in the field. Have no inkling how many other brokers rated it. Globe and Mail I believe had it as a strong buy. Still a relatively risky thing. I didn't add to my position but I did take my finger off the sell button for the moment.
