i still like the deal...  900 million$ marketcap now and 260 million$ cash ... 2 great projects now... i hope they will cut the dividend down to 2 cent per share ..they need the money for Timok now..   i hope NSU will put this project into production in 2-3 years ...   the highgrade ore of the upper zone will be easy to mine without processing...   no need to built a processing plant in the fist stage
