How can the market justify such a low valuation on NSU now? 

The nsu share price is trading lower than the day they announced the proposed takeover !

when all the miners trade up... Nsu stays virtually flat ...and when the mining sector gets hit... Nsu tumbles like Humpty Dumpty!!!

something smells very fishy with the nsu trading patterns!
