My Take

My TakeNSU Positives
·         Bisha is a cash flow cow and production should return to normal soon, if it hasn’t already.
·         Timok can be world-class
·         Lots of exploration potential in both countries

NSU Negatives
·         Management’s treatment of dividend as a “Holy Grail”, only as they noted in their past press conference was decided to "drastically cut it most recently”, was like a dagger in the heart to many shareholders. Prudent or not, it brought an air of distrust to them that wasn’t necessary
·         NSU was once a great IR/PR machine, but Tribelcock took a holier than thou attitude and focus concentration on just large institutional types. Paying dearly for that now and can’t repair it overnight.
·         Davis’s announced planned departure but no replacement leaves a perceived void at the helm, as uncertainty of new guys role at a time when company is watching shareholder value go out the door, is painful.

End Result – Bidder comes in and steals company in next 90 days for no more than $5 Canadian. At this point, most will take it as NSU has turned into an abortion. Shame on current management!
