RE:News from Serbia....Thorgb1, that news has been around for quite a while. The smelter was in rough shape and needed a lot of capital to essentially bring it out of bankruptcy. It's large facility that required lots of capital. It's proximity to the Asian markets plus as you suggest, surrounding ore bodies make it a very attractive for the Chinese. The facilities have been mismanaged for some time and the Serbian government is cutting attractive deals to get the right people/operators in place despite some local blacklash that isn't keen on piecing out such attractive assets. Unfortunately Serbia doesn't have the money or expertise to properly develop Bor and it's surrounding fortunes.
