RE:RE:RE:News from Serbia....I know the Chinese have been talking about taking over the smelter for some time.  Serbia has had in on the block for a while and from what i was told, the Chinese were originally going to finance the work on the smelter themselves  Sounds like things might  be progressing.  thanks for the link.
