RE:RE:I just got off the phone with Scott Trebilcock....Let's see if he gets the message. I agree with senior management having skin in the game as it keeps them aligned with common shareholders. Unfortunately I doubt you will see a significant change of heart. I had the same issue with the folks at Trevali, and brought it up with them on numerous occasions to no avail. Now they are Glencore's surrogate with a doubled share count.
