I do not think it is as complicated as you think tsoprano. Ever since the dividend cut in late February income investors and mostly funds have been leaning on this. Day after day. Besides the dividend cut how are we worse than we were 3 months ago? I say we are even in better shape yet 30% cheaper. They will sell copper this month. Bisha resources keep growing. New discoveries near Timok. This was not known in late February when the decline worsened. I believe those millions of shares that had to be unloaded in the past couple of months plus have put us in this position. They handled the dividend cut poorly but what is done is done.
