Funny. I would expect the vote for BOD to be 66% or less and SRP to be 95%. Instead , we get ~95% vote for BOD that decapitated the stock and only 66% for SRP. ""The better" is an enemy of the "good"". If Timok is so good why are we going down. Not to say it's not good, but probably way too good to add so-called shareholder value. Davis was looking to buy something for many years. Thoroughly, diligently. And , hey-ho, finally got something that destroyed this same shareholders value.
