i have a question.....

i have a question.....
once the plant for the Timok UZ is built NSU will own the plant....   it's possible processing the Lower Zone material with this plant and could there be a deal with Freeport ?(because the plant will already be there and Freeport saves a lot of capex) ..in addition a lot of underground work will be done by Nevsun (declines)...  Freport will own 54% of the LZ after delivery of an Feasibility Study...

..someone has a opinion about this? its possible Freeport  will finance a part of the UZ plant- Capex?
