This happens quite a bit.  Lundin tried to do a deal but management told them to piss off.  They are now making their bid hostile which always has risks because they don't have the management onside and now other players can come in and bite.  

Whether its ethical or not to disclose to NSU shareholders remains questionable. technically they don't have it, and its a distraction that can lead to further bids.  there is no right or wrong answer.  

the positive is the stock is now in play and NSU will very likely gone.  here's to hoping for a stronger bid.
