RE:RE:What's Nevsun worth? ~ Seeking Alpha May 14th 2018
The guy has no idea what he's talking about. "Shipping containers"? What does it have to do with NSU? All accusations against NSU itself so far haven't been proven. Independent investigators visited Bisha several times and found nothing that UN assigned guys were claiming. I'm not saying that Eritrea is an exemplary democracy, it's not. But following this path and picking up quotes from questionable web sites ..well, let's talk then about Guantanamo Bay and activities of "The Best Democracy in the world" there. Or Saudi Arabia, or whatever. Nonsense. All this article in one word : epatage. Nothing more. Bisha worth nothing. How about $145M in cash which is not a part of LUN's interest and is outside of their $2+$2 offer for Timok. How about that in Q1 the cash grew by $25M and looks like it has a tendency to keep growing. That doesn't matter because the guy confessed himself he didn't bother to do his research, he has no stake in the company and no plans to get one. I just feel sorry for his clients if he does really have any. That whole "masterpiece" of an analysis makes me feel he did it just to collect a little pay from Seeking Alfa as he noted it in a Disclosure part: "I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from Seeking Alpha). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article." Well, sure who else would pay for a junk like that. In terms of what NSU is worth at the moment: we know Lundin tried FOUR times this year to buy Timok with and without Bisha. That gives enough reasons to believe they would continue their efforts. Even if it doesn't it sets some floor for the potential offer on Timok and that's $2+$2. And there's $145M in cash. That's $0.50 per share , indisputable. It can decrease being used on Timok, but in that case the value of Timok will increase. It can grow if the company will keep their progress at Bisha going . But at the moment, that's what it is, $4.50 C without taking into account Bisha itself, LZ, UZ-like discoveries in progress. Disclosure: I wrote this post myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I'm not receiving compensation for it, except for NSU share price appreciation, since I'm very, very long NSU. LOL
