RE:i dont understand00Spy is exactly right.    If anyone thinks Management is not looking out for our best interests by turning down $4.75 then sell now and keep your comments about the management motives to yourself.   This company had a significant portion of institutional investment back when it was $5 and paying a dividend.....i cant see the big investors who have held the stock since the dividend accepting the Lundin offer....if you think they will then you have to get out now with the extra nickel per share.   

I think a lot of investors looked at this as a strong copper producer with a solid balance sheet and a good dividend.    Now we have a world class copper deposit and a pretty good balance sheet........Looking forward to owning and developing that or else i would have sold at $4.80
