RE:RE:RE:NSU -- in a bit of a bind now ---I'm hoping the LUNatics lose out and they may -- but --NSU has been a bit of a horsees AZZ as well -- they started the strategic alternative with BMO on JULY 26 ??? come on --they knew the LUNatics were going make a run at them and if they are in cahoots with others as you are suggesting NSU should have been all over this back in March and made the strategic alternative review a priority
Thi whole pscho comedic drama has been a mess since it started and NSU have been far tooo coy about what they were actually doing ---if anything --- now they have their backs to the wall and rather than being in the drivers seat as it once appeared -- they are now in the back seat
praying something will materialize
there is time - lots of time -- for things to evolve and there really is no upside in tendering NSU shares to the LUNatics -- you can do it any time in early November -- and holding off only puts huge pressure on the LUNatics to up their offer
If the LUNatics come back at $5.50-$5.75/s ( they won't because they are clowns) they will get NSU simply becuz the NSU S/Hs are fed up with this catand mouse and BS on all side game. NSU is too blame for this !!!!!!!
