Regarding the lower zone, is has on the order of 15x the metal of the upper zone and about 7x the amount of metal in the upper zone from the perspective of NSU and their ultimate ownership of 46%.
So you or I don't know the full value there but I've already discussed its potential value and the value attributed to it by analysts currently.

The fact that the upper zone will be developed makes the likelihood of the lower zone that much more likely to be economic since thare will likely be alot of sunk costs from the upper zone that should help the development of the lower zone.
