This happened with OCAT, Ocata, where the president and BOD took an unreasonably small offer and passed it off as the only way to survive. Of course, this is just my opinion. Well, and most other shareholders there. The reason I see a private company doing it is because they can slide under the rules, as pathetic as they may be, and have no desire to share with stockholders. This is a very repugnant display by the BOD. It also may be why Davis is getting pushed out. He actually may be an honest guy. The cut of the dividend was to save money. Why give shareholders any more? They have enough cash to keep div going and build out new mine. It is starting to really look like the copper issue is B S. Just a way to justify this extremely low price. And, again, all my opinion. But let's see how this plays out. Just too similar to OCAT and MMT.
