RE:RE:NEI is quietly moving higherNetco will/should be announcing a change of business shortly in my opinion.  This would/should also bring upon a name change as well.   

My guess is this will turn into a tech play but we have to wait and see.  This is Steven vestergard's expertise.  That is tech.
