RE: RE: RE: News(Ridgeback)

I calculated it to 1.2 billion at current market prices . Cu = 800,000,000   Ag 400,000,000   Ag  61,000,000  Zn 3,000,000 . OK so thats 1.264 billion . A few years ago the company was estimating  $ 100 per tonne processing cost , I bumped that up to $ 200 per tonne because all the equipment is coming in far above previous estimates .  That gets about 300 million operating cost for revenue of  900 million , minus of course whatever taxes and royalties will be extracted by PNG . Not known at this time .

I think whats holding back investors , and Teck , who has declined to finance further exploration is that theres just not enough resource . If Solwara 1 is the biggest , and why wouldn`t  the company focus on the biggest and its only good for about 3 years mining ,  you don`t even break even on total cost . We`ve got to get more defined resource . And theres still the risk that it can`t be made to work without more unforseen costs .

regards

G
