It's a pretty good premium considering current market conditions. 209% is a heck of a return but it does not seem early investors would benefit from this. Having so many large companies invested here like Anglo, MB and others... I think this could not get the green light.  My opinion only.  Similar thing happened with PTQ.. Always lowball offers to start.
