Would you know if the second link includes SPR? My bet is it doesn't, and the trendline down would be way more severe had they not been releasing 1m barrels a day. It is all coimg to a crashing head this winter.

Yes,the second link includes the SPR . Moreover, if necessary , Biden could prevent the export of Crude by presidential decree . ( That was put into place by his mentor OBama ) Weekly U.S. Exports of Crude Oil (Thousand Barrels per Day) (eia.gov) So the Americans will not run out. though the rest of the world may get a lot tighter.
