Current Board = More Dilution
More easy money for the current BOD, more stock options, more dilution.
More Options for doing nothing, not one of them has ever bought Shares of NWST with real money. All from options, get cheap options sell them to the shareholders. This is not correct,
Can someone post 1 transaction of the current Board of Directors buying shares from the public float. Just one transaction.
We bought a slice of Pizza, but the Pizza gets bigger and bigger. But the slice of Pizza you bought just gets smaller and smaller. Same thing is going on here.
Ridiculous. I am glad they are getting challenged. And at the next shareholders meeting I will stand up and tell them that this is not the correct way.
Buy shares with your own money, stop granting yourselves options you have done nothing except bring the share price down to where it is today.
Horrible, they are waiting for a rollback so that they can make it go lower and keep doing the same thing. I hope they read these remarks, I hope everyone reads this.
