I would hope the dividend is sustainable... they just cut it in September factoring in high interest expense.  The strategic review is for the big portfolio sale if anything

Not bad like quarter before.  12% noi growth over a year.  Made some more non core sales q4 and q1. No strategic review update.

Lets see the results. AFFO at 0.11 or above will be ok.  Bigger strategic review update could move the needle

The only good thing the comittee did was to fire the CFO Shaileen Chande . He drove the company to a cliff .

With a commitee to put together a coherent plan/strategy....if the reit aint up for sale then absolutely no reason not to conclude it and communicate the plan to get this back in the right diection

pure joke at this point.  2 years and in same place.  good thing nwh has rent increases with inflation, might be good to sell it all to fixed income investors with inflation hedge
