Here's a calculator.....For those still wondering on valuations.....
if ACB is $5, then the deal values CMED shares at $18.50, and HIP at $.55
if ACB is $5.50, then the deal values CMED shares at $20.35, and HIP at $.61
if ACB is $6, then the deal values CMED shares at $22.20, and HIP at $.66
if ACB is $6.50, then the deal values CMED shares at $24, and HIP at $.72
