BlueOcean has an exclusive royalty-free perpetual global license to a patented technology that dissolves CO2 into water at quantities up to 5X more than mother nature has in water. The CO2 is infused in a bubble-less form making it more bio-available for microalgae, plants and other biomass to consume, resulting in accelerated growth. The technology has already been proven to accelerate the growth of microalgae and lettuce. The Company will conduct growth trials with algae companies, cannabis growers and high value crop farms to prove the accelerated growth on their algae strains and plants. Once proven, the technology will be provided to these clients for a royalty fee. The capital required and financial risk for this business is minimal with high cash flow potential.
