CMED not getting HIP
CMED not getting HIP CMED is dragging down this stock with thier low ball offer. CMED shareholders will never approve the HIP transaction. They want ACB to take over.
Once ACB and CMED are one HIP will recover and/or find anotrher suitor. HIP doesn't need CMED
