RE:How long do we have to sell?what is record date of owning shares ,to be able to vote. what if share price is above deal price and they vote for deal, this is utterly stupid. hip execs must be high (  no pun intended) to think this deal is great. why bring in feldman agency and announcing it if cmed is going to take over. something is fishy here
