with shares trading around $2 how are they going to drop share pric, alot of shareholers are hanging on, , and what makes you so sure your going to get a part of lawsuit if you win, it will go to company and ceo not you. another question is if cmed and hip try to manipulate share price down to complete the deal there would be such a huge lawsuit launched against them for shareholder fraud that would be much bigger then acb lawsuit
