the deal

the dealhip shareholders who bought at a low price are happy about the deal. anyone who bought at a dollar or more is screwed.

seems like the deal is going to go through .. how many people will actually vote..?

and like someone said earlier.. many people probably voted and sold at a high price and then bought cmed.

it really isnt fair as the deal should be based on a multiple of hips highest share price

if the two companies do merge it will be a succesful business for years to come I think. but for those of us who invested at a high hip share price . we are screwed due to the ratio of the deal which I don't see why they would change that... cmed isn't going to give Hip 50 percent of there business which still wouldn't allow us to break even when the shares change to hip.

it really sucks in my opinion how they would force this deal through when its from november of 2017 and weed companies are now all trading much higher ( exception for this week they have all dropped)

I am hoping everyone votes NO. but many people have already voted yes.

If the deal goes through I hope the CEO's are kind enough to offer more cmed shares to those investors who actually lost money on their contraversial deal.

I wonder if they even consider us?

like I said the deal is good but the price and terms are not. They will be succesful together... but at the cost of ripping of average people to line their already lined pockets.

I hope this is being investigated very thoroughly by the government and if it isn't than it will be if many people end up losing their investment.
