File A Class Action Lawsuit If All Shareholders Can't VoteNewstrike continued trading for two months since that offer on Nov.16 eagerly accepting new share holders and their hard earned dollars. They must be allowed to vote. This deal requires two thirds of the existing share holders votes and it legally must include all shareholders of a stock that continued trading on the open market. If the deal did not go through Newstrike would have gladly kept all of our investment money to boost the stock price up. They can not have it both ways. No one is using me and getting away with it. VOTE NO.
