RE:RE:Care to explain this?I am not a lawyer but I understand it to be a document that must be sent to all shareholders by any shareholder who solicits votes. I’m sure there is much legal mumbo jumbo associated with it but basically it appears to be a strategy to thwart the CMED/HIP deal.
