What is the point for them to keep trading and having a stock go up to 3 dollars ? when literally a few months later they will sell every share for 90 cents to cmed 

it's like HEY guys we are selling our shares for 90 cents but feel free to pay triple for them in the meantime.

yes we should have done more research but at the same time when such deals exsist the stock shouldn't be allowed to cross the threshold of the price its going to be sold at literally 2 weeks before its going to be sold.


That is not how markets work. The price is set by the market not gov't or exchanges..The information was available to everyone who took some time to read it.
