RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Aurora won't let newstrike join Cannimed CMED will be contractually obligated due the previously agreed to merger agreement between HIP and CMED. Unless HIP agrees to not be paid (don't know why they wouldn't?). ACB argued in court that the settlement payments from either company in even of the merger failing are abusive to shareholders or something. Cant remember the exact wording. The courts struck down the attempt to have that removed or altered. So if ACB wants CMED, as they clearly do, they will have to pay the $9.5 termination fee. Some other deal could be worked out but HIP would have to agree to the terms of a lesser payment or anything else
