The point is, there is a SIGNIFICANT difference between the profits of deal vs no deal.  

i whole heartily share the same opinion.  They should acquire HIP too for UP!  To compete with Canopy I see this as the deal they should’ve originally agreed on instead of Aurora worrying about state interactions.  But Canopy got Snoop and he’s killing it for them in Cali.  Aurora needs Up for their marketing scheme which would blow up!  Aurora Up has a nice ring to it...cause it’s all about getting high right?
