....exactly...in Hip's case it seems suspect because of the failure of the takeover to materialize. A situation I did nor agree or understand "why" in the first place. We got cash for them to back away. This was posturing and nothing more. The same people are buying our shares at a huge discount so they may yet make their money back. Now for the good part...good time to get in. ...we have all the irons in the fire and tools in place,...how does Niagra Falls sound. As a main tourist attraction the marketing side of things should go well..maintain
