Typically that is done when a large holder sells shares to - not drive the price down to far too fast. At any rate what news are you expecting beside closure of the private placement, which is oldish news. Building development will take months so if you are all waiting for news it is likely not going to materialize in the short run. Assuming that is correct then there is a reasonable chance that volume drops with the sp over the next month. Just my take on things,
