My apologies, a bit of a newbie here.  I am trying to understand warrants, not sure I really follow.  So I went to HIP.WT.VN....that's correct right??  The price is 0.155 asking 0.17....is that right?  For the little I know, I thought warrants were issues at pre-ipo, that's why I am a little confused.  So if I purchase these warrants how does it work?  What's the difference between these warrants and purchasing regular shares?  Your help would be highly appreciated!
