before all the bashing starts

before all the bashing startsThe Corporation, through its acquisition of Enderlein Nurseries Ltd., also has the ability to acquire a second license
upon build-out and compliance with the conditions of the “ready-to-build” letter from Health Canada that was a key asset
purchased pursuant to this acquisition. The Corporation is currently reviewing strategic options with respect to this site which
include a possible sale or joint-venture operation of this non-core subsidiary.
In light of this focus on the development of production capacity, the Newstrike Group is not reliant on any single or
“sole source” supplier for the cultivation of cannabis plants or the maintenance of its production facilities. In fact, the
Corporation’s strategy to provide dried cannabis on a wholesale basis to other LPs for resale or as raw materials for the
processing of finished goods potentially places the Corporation in the position of being a supplier to other LPs.
