Consolidation/Reverse SplitUsually when there is a Reverse Split/Consolidation the shareholder ends up with less shares to that of the ratio of the R S ie 3 to 1 less shares and the share price initially starts out at 3 times the original price and quickly falls back to the share price before the consolidation.
