My understanding from reading the document on SEDAR Feb 16th starting on page 23 sec 4 as mentioned above, thank you by the way, is that:
Any changes in the share count will be applied to the warrants such that
If share count is decreased by a factor of two, the warrant entitlement is decreased by a factor of two while the exercise price is constant.
Such that it will take two warrants to convert to one share... which in theory is worth twice as much as much as before because the share count was cut in half.
To me I don't understand the decision. The fees incurred by doing this would be better spent on actual operations rather than changing the optics of the share price.
