Section B you refer to, I believe is Schedule B. This was in the info booklet that was mailed out.

NewStrike Plan Resolution. talks about stock options, originally approved by shareholders Sept. 23, 2009.
As i said before... ask why/when/how/where they would need to do the split. Try to be positive, it isn't that hard.
