For one, this and the warrants are being accumulated, two, they are up very nicely over the last couple of days-so yes, it has moved, and 3, there is still a risk that there will be a delay. money is on the sidelines still BIG TIME. When it does pass, the flood gate will open. That wont happen until we get a yes. Hopefully no delay.
