RE:InventoryNot everyone got MOU with AB and BC etc. Some strong companies didnt. So by going through this process do you not think teh AB and BC governments did a little DD before they even bothered with the MOU's? And yes I know they are not binding nor gauarnteed contracts but they are the first steps. Basically call it a prequalification if that makes it easier for you. Prequals lead to more concrete fixed contracts.
