Each unit consisted of one common share and one share purchase warrant which entitled the holder to acquire one additional common share of Newstrike at $0.075 for a period expiring on September 21, 2021. As at June 30, 2017, a total of 17,975,000 warrants had been exercised and 17,975,000 common shares issued, generating proceeds of $1,348,125. The remaining unexercised 2,025,000 warrants are held by Insiders of the Company and subject to escrow provisions that were agreed-upon as a condition of the Transaction
