Response from HIP IR Regarding ISH (Inner Spirit Holdings)

FYI for the board...

 

I wrote into HIP to ask about ISH and potential risk of a ISH buyout, below is the response I got back

For the record this is the only response I ever got back, my other two messages about what the hell are you doing!? (not exactly how I worded things...)  were never responded to

Thanks for your question. I think what' s important here is that Newstrike has entered a mutually beneficial partnership with Inner Spirit and that we're fully aligned in terms of economic interests. Newstrike is an investor in Inner Spirit and Inner Spirit is an investor in Newstrike. If hypothetically, someone were to make an acquisition offer for Inner Spirit, then Newstrike potentially benefits as an equity holder. There would still be a legally binding agreement between the parties, and with adult-use legalization around the quarter both organizations are now highly focused on executing against this opportunity.
