RE:RE: little blipsstock characteristic....because its not  moving up gradually  as a "predicted potential" stock, the only way this stock moves is up a little then down, then sideways  (as an observation based on My Predictive Observation Charts  that anyone can get online for a fee of  300.00 dollars, that tell you ALL the SECRETS of TRADING and YOU can MAKE MILLIONS) because theres no interest as of yet.
