This is the million dollar question, then factor in the merchandising costs. So most big companies are saying they can produce a gram at $3 - $6, so lets assume HIP is right in there. Does this include the costs of actually selling the stuff....how could this extra cost possibly be factored in on 3 month old news. My guess is HIP is all in at about $6 p/g but that may be optimistic...just how big of a net back will HIP see at retail sales of $10 p/g and will prices come down once the percieved extra production by all producers who are feverishly building more capacity comes on line. I`m not bashing, just throwing a wrench in the gears to make people really think...this ain`t all gonna come up aces. I had a big position I sold back at 75 cents, regular stock and warrants....I truly believe the entire sector was a pump and dump leading into the recreational launch, what we may now be seeing is a bit of a dead cat bounce after a brutal October sell off. I have a pile of $$$ ready to re-deploy into HIP but will wait for guidance, i do not believe this whole musical hub / experimental smoke house business plan will play out...at best it is something people will try once. The target consumer doesn`t care about the T.H. - yesterdays news - who is going to pay premium dollar for a " premium experience" - it`s not going to happen. Dope makes people lazy, 99% of users are happy to hang close to home and enjoy their day. Sure we keep hearing sales have been brisk and lots of brands have sold out but will sales negate costs...the million dollar question indeed. I`m wary of the next buy on the rumor and sell on the news leading up to financials for these companies and I suggest most others should be as well. If the big boys dissappoint the market will be brutal - lets all take the rose colored glasses off for a minute and be realistic, after all it is your money on the line.
