RE:BINGO! HOSTILE TAKEOVERCorrect me if I’m wrong, everyone keeps bringing up hostile takeover. Would this be possible even if management owns the majority of shares? I can’t see that being possible, unless the majority holder wanted to be taken over in which case it wouldn’t really be hostile.
