Honestly maybe that is what they are looking at doing at some point?
They do own two block claims north of Sudbury. If you were going to do anything underground this is where you would do it.

Sudbury/Timmins - my area :). The whole local economy is mining - or 90% anyway.
So if you want an underground operation this is the place to do it.
Once you reach a certain depth the temperature/conditions are constant - makes sense.
