HEXO WTs selling for $3.74 with a strike price of $5.60 and expiry of Jan 30 next year.
 

Anyone on this board know what they're talking about? The expiry for the trasnfered warrants will be 2023. That was already confirmed by HIP rep.
 

 

 

There is three sets of WTs involved here.  

 

HEXO WTs which are selling at $3.70 with expiry of next January with strike price of $5.60

Our own WT currently seling for 3 cents with expiry of next Feb at strike price of $1.75.  These will be converted to HEXO/HIP/WT at a ratio of .06332(or 16 to one) with expriy of next Feb and strike price of $28 

 

And, our own WT A currently selling for $.15 with stirike price of $1 with expiry of June 2023.  These will be converted to HEXO/HIPA at a ratio of .06332 (or 16 to one) and will keep the same expriy date but with a strike price of $15.60

 

Don't know how to make this simpler.
